My Life As A SARP Student
Over the past two weeks, I have been part of the Summer Academic Remediation Program (SARP), and it has been a time of reflection, learning, and growth. I entered the program with mixed feelings, part of me felt nervous about having to spend summer in school, while another part knew I needed the help to strengthen my academic skills. I was aware that I had areas to improve, and SARP gave me the opportunity to focus on those weaknesses in a supportive environment. Being in the program hasn’t been easy. Waking up early during summer break was a challenge, and the subject that I took was quite hard, it requires extra effort and patience. At times, I felt frustrated when I didn’t understand the lessons right away. However, I’ve also experienced moments of success like when I finally understand the lessons.
